United StatesReview observations below are based on only a month of light use. Pros: Product website ordering was effortless. Product delivery arrived at the earliest of the estimated shipping delivery window. Product packaging was ample to protect the shredder. Product assembly of the light-weight plastic container, basket, and wheels was effortless. On/Off, Fwd, & Rev buttons feel light-weight when activating, but the shredder easily shreds through 10 sheets of paper producing a pile of indistinguishable micro pieces as advertised. Cons: Light-weight plastic catch basket for the paper shreds generates a static charge that attracts the micro pieces, making for a somewhat difficult time completely emptying the basket and without a mess. Light-weight plastic basket simply slides in and out by engaging / disengaging two plastic clips. With time, age, and wear, these plastic clips could break more easily than metal or magnetic fasteners. Overall, impressed with the shredding capability so far but wish heavier duty plastic or light-weight metal was used for the main structural components.
